Delete your Cluefox app account.

You can ask us to delete your Cluefox app account and its data without having the app installed.

Delete in the app.

When the app is released, you can delete your account under Settings, then “Delete my account”. It deletes immediately after you confirm.

Send the request.

Email [email protected] with the subject “Cluefox account deletion”. Send the email from the address used for your Cluefox account.

We confirm it is you.

For an emailed request, we confirm it by replying to the account's email address before deleting. We do not ask for your password or camera login details.

What we delete.

We delete the account, saved questions, footage and clips from your cameras, alert settings and device push tokens linked to it.

What may be kept.

We may keep limited legal or security records where they are required. We keep them only for the limited time needed for that purpose.

When it is finished.

Deletion in the app is immediate after you confirm. We complete an emailed account-deletion request within 30 days of the request. We confirm when it is done.
